Please DO NOT contact us to ask when you will be invited for a vaccine or to be prioritised for a vaccine. Please just keep rechecking this webpage for any updates. Patients will be contacted by letter/phone/text when the Covid-19 vaccine is available for them.
Due to limited supply of the vaccine, the NHS is targeting patients in order of Priority Groups (see table below) – currently those aged over 45 years old & Priority Groups 1 to 10 are being targeted. Please visit the follow NHS webpage to check if you are currently eligible for the Covid-19 vaccine and to book your appointment (at various locations, including CP House, Uxbridge Road, in Wembley or in pharmacies):

Patients cannot currently receive the vaccine at Cloister Road Surgery.
